Thankfully the site seems to be working again and I was able to checkout! I picked up 14 tasty titles , 6 of which are double LPs, for $151 total. I'm really looking forward to the Coltrane and Coleman 45 rpm jazz titles.

Which NY box? I bought the Bluenote Cafe box last time but I'm thinking I need to get the album series one for the ridiculous price it is at. I don't love those albums but...

I have it. Sounds great for the price and it's the mono mix. Not recalling the details but we talked about it in this thread a few pages back.

Yeah I grabbed one of those when it first appeared for 50% off but now it's just ridiculously cheap. They also have the CD version of the box for $24.11 if anyone is so inclined... that's a crazy deal too.

 

Nice to see they have Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" and "The Man Machine" recent reissues for super cheap. They may be digital, but the sound is great and the packaging is top-notch.

Thank you for the heads up! ended up buying 15 titles - most of the Tull albums on vinyl plus Mingus, Miles, Monk and the Johnny Greenwood soundtrack.

 

Do any of you have opinions on the Stones book? I am sure it is good and very nice. I know it has been on that site for a long time but I don’t remember what the price was. It is now $100 it’s say original price is $650 but it has been marked down before - but how much?

I have the same question. I am tempted at 100 but can’t find any reviews online except a couple on Amazon.

I've seen it there for some time and always passed because of the price but I don't remember what that price was.
I just went ahead and got one and a few records

 

I am curious about how long it takes for Insound to ship these orders? I can be patient, but given some reports above of people getting charged and not getting their lps, I want to make sure I don't let it go too long before enquiring.

 

In my experience they are very quick and the LPs are nicely packed, never had a problem.

As above, they have always shipped quickly and VERY well packed -- usually takes a day or two longer during one of these giant sales but still good fast service.
