Obviously I'm watching his HBO show.

I don't think I have the ability to rank actors but I certainly enjoy Ruffalo. I watched the HBO show for a few episodes and he is very good but the story is too intense for my tastes.

A top tier actor in my book...Zodiac (2007), Spotlight (2015), and Dark Waters (2019) are some of his highlights.

    He is excellent.
Not a great film but his performance in In The Cut was top.

Just watched him recently in a movie called ' Reservation Road ' where he played a guy involved in a fatal hit and run car accident.
    It was quite good.
I prefer seeing him in movies like this over his ' Hulk ' performances.

He's solid. One of the "best"? Depends how big you want to make that tent. Lotsa great actors out there, and do you mean actresses/female actors as well? Cause if so, I'm not sure I'd put him in the top 100. If you just mean males, then yeah.

He was good in "Zodiac". I like him as "The Hulk". Seems like a decent talent but he's no Daniel Day Lewis or Phil Hoffman. Granted, I've only seen a portion of his work. He's in one of my favorite films, "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". And I HATE Jim Carrey, so that's really saying something for the film.
