The border around the inner cover suggests the eponymous Wolfman Jack album, but I also think of A Ten Years After album, "Shhhh". I vaguely recall the Wolfman Jack lp's inner cover had him reclining with tiny "chicks' crawling on him, ala Gulliver, so I'll go with TYA.
