    Re-Animator (1985, Stuart Gordon)
After an odd new medical student arrives on campus, a dedicated local and his girlfriend become involved in bizarre experiments centering around the re-animation of dead tissue.
New one to me though it's been a a camp classic for decades.

Disney's version of Washington Irving's 'Legend Of Sleepy Hollow'-Rathbone and Bruce's 'Hound...', 1989's 'The Woman In Black', and 'The Queen Of Spades'. I have yet to get a BR player for the third, so may have to be content with my VHS copy.

So far it's been the same old stuff. A couple of "Halloween" films and a few "Friday the 13th" films. I did watch "House" a few days ago. I also saw "Descent" for the first time the other day.

Watching this one a bit later. Hear it’s a good one.

    Home (2016, Frank Lin)
A religious young woman (Carrie) has difficulty coping when her mother decides to come out as a lesbian and marry an atheist woman. After her parents leave on a business trip, she discovers that their house is haunted by evil and must save herself and her little stepsister (Tia).
Sex and religion. Horror seems rife with both.
