I noticed the same thing. Notice that Ian is separate from all the others, looking in a different direction.

And it looks like Dave could use a Pegg leg. Clearly predicting the pirate-ship theme of the Broadsword tour stage set.

I doubt that there will be any announcement soon considering that the last time David Rees mentuoned the box set, the release date was March 2023...

I can't believe that we will have to wait that long still.

I can't remember if any reason was given for this at the time, this seems to be the first one that has missed the 40th Anniversary year.

'A' was also a year late (came out last year).

Ian probably needs to announce something. He mentioned July last time I thought

That box is my favourite one of all the Tull box sets especially the The Chateau D'Isaster Tapes CD/DVD

I have listened to Nightcap so many times that I need the flute. Flute always beats no flute. :)

I’m not bothered about the missing flute. I just listen to the songs not related to A passion play and Warchild. These songs sound fine without flute and Wilson did a great job with the drums. I really like Audition and Left right

20 Years of Jethro Tull box set for me. It was not only the first box set, but the first TULL I ever purchased. I jumped straight in, only familiar with a few songs from classic rock radio. I heard the Chateau Tapes from that set before I even heard A Passion Play.

4 years later I saw them perform the version from the box set live. I was beside myself. There was flute!

I'm also glad I have the APP box set, it helped me enjoy the album and the 5.1 is fantastic. But believe me I understand how you feel.

When was this exactly and how much of it did they play?

On selist.fm I see that some of Side 1 was actually played in the 70s despite never being released at that time.

So you're saying in 1992 they played some of the Chateau songs? Why do I think you're mistaken.....
