    Bradley,

How is the CD? I'm sure that it sounds great , and I am curious about the album. I only have a compilation by Jim Reeves and I would be interested to know something about the album.

    Thanks,

    Tony

The album originally came out on RCA in 1966, compiled from songs recorded from 1957-1964 and 1964 was the year he died. Some of the biggest hits on here include title song, "Is It Really Over" and "I Missed Me," "Snow Flake." Other classics on the album are Overnight, This Is It, and "I Missed Me." It is definitely worth buying if you are looking for more Jim Reeves music besides a hits compilation. The tracks are:
    1. Distant Drums (Walker) - 2:46
    2. Is It Really Over? (Reeves) - 2:11
    3. I Missed Me (Anderson) - 2:31
    4. Snowflake (Miller) - 2:08
    5. A Letter to My Heart (Walker) - 2:39
    6. Losing Your Love (Anderson/Killen) - 2:15
    7. This Is It (Walker) - 3:03
    8. Not Until the Next Time (Telley) - 2:42
    9. Good Morning Self (Key) - 2:20
    10. Where Does a Broken Heart Go? (Reeves) - 2:46
    11. Overnight (McFarland) - 1:57
    12. The Gods Were Angry With Me (Mackintosh/Watkins) - 2:25

It is definitely a classic and of course, the one and only Chet Atkins produced it.
