I love the whole ‘Smoker You Drink’ album, it’s a desert island disc for me...but "Days Gone By" was not only written by Joe Vitale, but he was the lead vocalist as well.

My own personal Joe Appreciation Days continues, as I listen to Little Did He Know, and Long Road Out Of Eden arrived yesterday, with Selected Works 1972-1999 following today.

Yep, almost picked this as my favorite. Love how it empties into "Mother Says."

 

Life's Been Good. Killer guitar riff, great melody, his funniest lyric.
