They were reissued about 3 years ago on Secretly Canadian records. Great pressings, dreadful albums.

It's nice to look at but not worth hearing. Check out Secretlycanadian.com. They're all listed as Yoko Ono albums.

Life With The Lions. This one has 2 bonus tracks. I wish it had less tracks to begin with, so calling them a bonus is a bit of a stretch. The first track, Cambridge 1969, is great if you ever need to clear a party within 30 seconds though.

By the way, I'm a huge Yoko fan. I find all 3 of these albums a total waste of vinyl.

That opening I find hilarious. Yoko quietly announces the song title, then you get "AAAAAAAA....." for the next 20+ minutes.

There are moments of interest. I repeat, moments. I do like the second half of Wedding Album, which is a nice audio verite of their Bed-In, you even get a small snippet at the end of John singing the opening line of "Good Night"

I listened to Cambridge 1969 to see if I could appreciate it as avant garde free improv. Some of it was ok, but by about 2/3rds through I started wishing they had more moves.

Those albums were repressed at the time of their release considering limited copies were available.

Heck, Two Virgins was even covered in brown paper. How much more repressed could they be?

I think these albums are awful, but the collector in me would love a CD box of these three albums with complete replicas of the items from the original vinyl, including the brown paper bag from Two Virgins.

I’ve seen two virgins with the paper bag advertised for 100 or more.

Anyone know how many they actually pressed up?

I really want to root for them and like them and say they're art like J & Y intended but let's be honest parts of them are torture.

There are tons of counterfeit copies. If you want to get an original, authentic pressing, look for a white circular sticker covering the jacket opening. IMO, that’s the best sign of an original.

Looking at eBay right now, this is said to be original, it’s not:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/144839861137
    This one is:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/313564654009
    Another real:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/185199648982
    Another fake:

That circular seal over the opening is what to look for. I have a nice sealed one, I got a few years ago. Wasn’t even that expensive. Maybe $100-ish? Can’t remember…
