    The mid-South.
Yes, he tires me out with his rapid fire. But there are some pieces in all that delivery that I find funny.
But I find Hope to be boring, and simply unfunny.

This is one of my all time favorite Carson moments.....and its on DVD (One of the christmas specials) Hope is clearly annoyed with Williams.
    Carson loved Willliams.

I grew up watching Carson. Because my parents watched him. A moment for me is watching Don Rickles kiss Sinatra. And Johnny thinks Sinatra will be irked. Carsons look said it all.

A friend of mine in the industry showed me about an hour of outtakes from Daddy Dearest, the show he did with Richard Lewis. I was in tears it was so funny.

What a terrific guy he was Don Rickles. :) I’ve found him quite reasonly but I love every minute he is doing his stand up comedy.
And Johnny Carson was much better too than his younger competition. Great times back then.
