Korean Film recommendations

I though it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to South Korean cinema, as since the late 1990's there has been something of a golden age regarding their film industry. I may be a bit biased, as my wife is Korean, but if I were ever to compile a list of all-time favourites, more than a few would come from there.
