I though it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to South Korean cinema, as since the late 1990's there has been something of a golden age regarding their film industry. I may be a bit biased, as my wife is Korean, but if I were ever to compile a list of all-time favourites, more than a few would come from there. I'll mention a few here, and if anyone feels like chipping in feel free: Memories of Murder One Fine Spring Day The Host Secret Sunshine Peppermint Candy The Classic A Tale of Two Sisters A Bittersweet Life Oldboy Failan Yellow Sea Spring Summer Fall Winter and Spring Castaway on the Moon Poetry My Sassy Girl War of the Arrows Save the Green Planet Looking forward to seeing The Wailing & Train to Busan later this year.
