Well, for her birthday my wife got a nice box set of two tea mugs, two herbal teas, and a strainer. The only effect on our listening pleasure so far, has been occasionally we have to leave the room to pee.

This may not constitute a legitimate thread crap, but it certainly could be considered a thread whizz. :sigh:

even though it’s one of my favorite records by the band I couldn’t justify the deluxe bc I already had the Japan 2 cd muscles from Brussels show but finally pulled the trigger on Friday .That’s it for box’s this year have blown out the budget with this years bounty and other scattered chests that were buried around the net

I found a very nice set of Rush - Sector 1,2&3 cd's on ebay for $110 total. Out of print. Sector 2 getting impossible to find. Very pleased with the purchase.

Right now I’m awaiting delivery of a used copy of the Hitsville USA Volume 2 Motown set. Prior to that, my most recent one was the CD/DVD/Blu-ray reissue set of Pink Floyd - Delicate Sound Of Thunder.

Great large format hardback book, and nicely packaged in general. Happy with my purchase.

The new Wilco Summerteeth vinyl box is delicious. Sounds so expansive and uncompressed compared to the CD and my previous vinyl version (2009)

A set I've been on and off the fence about since it was released 6 years ago, The Beatles U S. albums. I had bought it for $100 Canadian when it came out but both copies I got from Amazon were defective.
A couple of weeks age, my local neighbourhood record store advertised online (no in-store shopping here due to COVID lockdown) that they had a copy for sale for $100. I grabbed it and am pretty happy with. It was in NM condition.

Pink Floyd - Is There Anybody Out There? The Wall live 1980-81 about 20 years ago. Worth every penny and reasonably priced, unlike most box sets I have seen ever since.
