I watched The Doors on UHD-BD last night. The Atmos audio mix was quite good.
Satan’s Slave (1976) BR
Last Man Standing (Bruce Willis)
Random Hearts DVD
The Set-Up & The Avengers: Endgame - Both very highly recommended!
Has anyone seen Gladiator, The Patriot, Braveheart or Saving Private Ryan in 4k? I have them on blu-ray and are pretty satisfied with them all. Is there any title that really stands out as a huge upgrade? I know that all four movies got a brand new atmos or X sound remix.
The Letter on DVD
I got Gladiator and Braveheart and I'm pleased with them. I have well over 100 UHD titles and there's relatively few I have been disappointed in. I thought Die Hard had too much grain reduction. The Disney titles, Stir Warz included, have mediocre audio as does a Lionsgate title that I'm not recalling at the moment....

Avengers Endgame in 4K
We watched this last week - I got the 4 disc. The 4K started to stutter about 2/3 in and we had to watch the last section on standard blu-Ray. I’m sending it back....
I had a similar thing but wiped off a fingerprint and it worked fine. I’ve noticed this on a couple of 4K discs - that my player is very sensitive to fingerprints on them.
Book of Eli BR
Picked up Avengers Endgame in 4k. Looks great and was amazing as the two times I saw it in theaters
Marine 4 BD
excellent movie with a twist...wonder how many ppl knew the truth?
is Braveheart 4K big improvement over the BD?...
that was an excellent movie! Damn...
an hysterical movie with Paul Sorvino playing totally straight!

Shazam 4K UHD
What’s the best version ?
Bought 'Mantrap' (1926) so looking forward to watching soon... shame it's a 16mm reduction print (according to blu-ray.com). There's a 35mm print on DVD but that's fast approaching $100 for a copy.. this will do for now.
