No....it's got the usual alien giggles but the leads are weaker and the villain is sort of hard to comprehend, well, they have no personality, sort of. It would of been better if Dr. Evil was in league with aliens that actually talk or somethin'..... ;) I rate the movie as mildly amusing.

It sure is! If you get a chance, check out "Stand-In". It's a hidden treasure. "Shadow Of A Doubt" is another great one.

I received this morning John Wick 3: Parabellum on UHD BD. I didn't go to the cinema as cinema tickets are expensive (10.50 Euros a ticket Vs. 20 Euros for the JW3 UHD BD) and I dislike the hordes of teenagers speaking and using their cellphone in the cinema room.
John Wick 3 UHD BD is reference material, this is one more UHD BD discs that proves that 2K upscales can look outstanding.
I much enjoyed the movie this afternoon by the way.

I much enjoyed it despite some saying it was not on par with the previous two movies. John Wick 3 was everything I expected, nothing more, nothing less, except for the outstanding picture quality and the gourgeous audio track.

Just bought this again steelbook. ( argh hate when I buy the same film again). Very good cast. Seen the actress from Banshee (tv series ) in it. “ John Wayne was a ...” :D. Lost tv series cast member ..also The Walking Dead ginger guy are in it. Spot the familiar face.

Very good Paul Walker vehicle. QT was impressed with this movie.

I do too, me being 45 I've seen enough movies biased by other people opinions. Sometimes I've been to the cinema to see a movie convinced it wasn't worthwhile the time and money because other people opinions and then the movie turned out to be good. Other times I was recommended a "great film" and I found myself bored to death at the cinema.
Since the late 2000's I don't listen or pay atention to other people opinions about a certain movie, I don't watch trailers or read previews about a movie I'm interested in. I'm going to see Ad Astra tomorrow and all I know about it is that it's a Science Fiction movie with Brad Pitt and that it was shot on film, I have no idea what the story is about.

I always know if I want to see a film...I research it and make a decision...or usually I will watch any film with a favorite actor in the cast...Anthony Hopkins...
