Or gee. Gee Wally, gee Beav, gee Eddie, gee mom, gee dad. I mean, gee!
Eddie Haskel: "You know, Mrs Cleaver, at Haskel Construction, We Dont Just Build Houses, We Build Homes"..
Mrs Cleaver: "Well, Eddie, in Most Homes I've Been In, The Hot Water Knob Is On the Right, Not The Left"..
Eddie Haskel: "Oh.....Well Thank You For Bringing That To My Attention, Mrs Cleaver".......
one of the best show of it's time...I still love this show just as much as I did when I was a kid...
gee, it's that great! Indeed...
My all-time favourite: onacounta.
Mine is still sealed
One more, especially in the later seasons: creep.
Eddie gets all the attention, but my favorite was Larry Mondello...the show was never as good after he left.
I'm just rounding off the box set with the series pilot, called "It's a Small World", which I'm watching for the first time.
open that sucker up! LOL...let the Beave out!
The story was that the Mondello kid's parents were a nightmare to deal with, so basically the producers fired him and the family moved back home to Philadelphia. Interestingly, the actor made an appearance in the 1983 Still the Beaver TV movie.
There've been a few cases where TV kids got quietly fired and replaced because of stuff like that. I think that happened with the original Eddie Munster from the Munsters pilot, and it also happened to one of the Partridge Family kids.
