Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti - UK press with US matrix details??

Hi All

I noticed this entry in Discogs for Zep's PG album:
Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti

User says he has an original UK pressing but then lists the US pressing matrix details. I found it odd that they would use US plates in the UK during the initial run (or any run for that matter). I did message the uploader on Monday for clarification and for a picture of the labels but have not heard back. [Ignore the picture they were uploaded by a different user.]

I think this is an error but before I try and get it deleted I thought it would be worth checking in here in case it isn't an error and actually exists. So, has anyone come across this release in the wild?

 

Looks like a mistake. It'll get down voted out of existence.
