How do you like the D-03X? I’ve been looking into their CD players. I just wish they would have put SACD capabilities into it, like the model it replaced.

 

I'm about 5 hrs into it.. just picked it up last night. More to come..

ugh thats not acceptable imo. i bought my 505ux only based on photos but def for something at a higher price point its gotta be an in person thing or a boat load of high res photos. super sorry to hear about this!

I enjoy its crisp highs, rich midrange, and robust lows. And the cool colored dancing lights and illuminated buttons.

 

I purchased mine new, can't recall the year, but I do recall selling it and trading up, that turned out to be a trade down.

I always thought that the suck-face models looked pretty cool with their glowing lucite controls.

 

They remind me of the HAL9000 memory banks from 2001: A Space Odyssey...
