I know “Live At The Bass Performance Hall” was released as a live album in 2008 (recorded in 2007), but I don’t recognise the others.

 

What about “Johnny Stew”? I love that track.

 

Not so much for me. I really only liked the first two on that album. Go Insane had maybe 3-4 good tracks (plus the excellent Time Bomb Town). I've very much loved all the rest, and Out of the Cradle is one of my favorites in the whole collection.

 

Pretty frustrating that Europe doesn't get a single date.....

 

Wow, he wasn't kidding before when he said he wasn't crazy about Law And Order.

I have got all his solo stuff and live albums available on CD or DVD/CD combos. Looks like the only draw for me are the couple of I-Tunes only live tracks, the studio Holiday Road and the remastering. The remastering may swing a purchase, but the risk is if there is a chance Rhino will reissue his albums proper as remastered editions which I would much prefer. Will sit it out for a while...

 

There might be 6-10 tracks that are retail vinyl exclusives, or hard to find on that format. Excluding the DVD live tracks.

If you have all his solo stuff then wouldn't new songs be a draw?

 

On balance not really as there isn't enough, plus I like the two live albums, especially Bass Hall exactly how they are.

 

I'm talking about the new studio tracks.

 

His show at the State Theatre in 2006 was superb: Lindsey Buckingham Setlist at State Theatre, Falls Church

 

Sorry, thats what I mean't by there is not enough. Two new tracks and three on a Buckingham album for the first time. Another problem I have is, as well the flow of the live albums, I highly rate most of his studio albums and again like the way the originals play.

 

A deluxe edition of a 3-CD boxed set? Yeah, good luck with that.
