Do you like MTT much? He does not do anything for me. I only have two Gershwin recordings by him but am no fan of Gershwin either ...
I have the following Symphony No. 9 along with the Bernstein 1980 VPO recording as a CD single and in the Complete Symphonies box. I also have Bernstein's 1970 Symphony No. 9 on a DVD ...
There was also Johan Helmich Roman, aka the Swedish Handel. IIRC, he was a member of the Handel's orchestra in London ...
Pierre Hantai is the best harpsichordist of his generation IMHO. I have the following twofer by him ...
Great box. Nice sound. I've listened to the first five discs. I also have his 15-CD Stuttgart Recordings set.
Now playing CD3 - Brahms Symphony No. 1 from the following box, a recent arrival for a first listen ...
A sublime performance and thanks to @J.A.W. for recommending this box (and the Giulini London Years box). It is better late than never as I did not really start to appreciate Giulini until the last half dozen years. Now playing CD2 from the following box for a first listen ... Skipping early music for today. @bluemooze is a bit more dedicated to that subgenre than I am ... Original jacket also means original length, as this CD is only 45 min.

No one has done an opera on them that I am aware though.
There is also a remake of Time Machine. But then there are remakes for Sound of Music, Pink Panther and many more and they are all flops.
