I've had that problem, too. Check and see if any of the skipped tracks are grayed-out. Some labels don't fully license a release for US markets, so not all of the tracks are available. I guess the idea is to get customers to buy it or something.
Thanks; I've seen that issue too, but that's not the case here. The tracks start playing but then further in the track, they'll just drop. I've also seen Qobuz remove an album and replace it with an updated (but otherwise identical) version, leaving a dead 'favorite' link. I have to find and delete these, and then re-search for the album. Grrr....

Wow. Kurt Schwertsik's "Ein Kleines Requiem" Op. 97 is a monster of a piece. Nearly an hour long and of ferocious difficulty, it features some highly inventive writing for a non-guitarist composer.
I don't think I've encountered that, but I have come across several that have simply been removed and I get a "File 404" error message when I go to play them.
Yes, that's the problem I was referring to. For me, it seems to mostly have impacted titles on the Arcana label, though there have been a few others.
Mahler Symphony #9, Christopher Warren-Smith & Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. We sat one seat L&R of center stage, row 2. Dead solid perfect performance in a great hall.
Coleridge-Taylor -- Hiawatha's Wedding Feast// Dvořák -- Symphonic Variations (Philharmonia Orchestra/ Sargent)
This morning: Sibelius pioneer Kajanus conducting. 1930 recordings from Sibelius Historical Recordings and Rarities box. Great immediate and clear sound.
In my experience Alpha releases on CD usually go OOP rather quickly. Maybe that's got something to do with it. Just a guess
CD. Brahms: Cello Sonatas No. 1 & 2 / Mendelssohn: Cello Sonata No. 2 Janos Starker/Cello, Gyorgy Sebok/Piano.
And now a 2 CD set from the “Harnoncourt, The Complete Sony Recordings” box set. A very interesting performance. Live, November 2001. According to David Hurvitz( who praises this performance) this release was rescued from oblivion by RCA. Teldec recorded it and later destroyed copies of it when it cancelled Harnoncourt’s “lifetime” contract.
Yesterday I listened to Andras Schiff's ECM recording of Brahm's piano concertos via Tidal. I'm a fan of Schiff but I wasn't overly impressed by them. Today I decided to play my own SHM-CD recordings by Helen Grimaud. They are much more flamboyant than others I have heard but I really like them and I find myself "drawn in" to the music but then I'm no purist. The sound quality, recording and CD, is wonderful. I just thought this recording was worth posting.
