His daughter Pree was born in 1951 with a number of birth defects and died at age 2. Parker attempted suicide twice in the months after and his health declined rapidly. His stamina and energy were gone.

Man, I can't think of this young jazz trumpet player. He made only one album I believe. He died in a hospital at a very young age. It was some kind of crazy rare disease that killed him, too. Sometime in the '60s. I have his album, too. It is very good. I can't remember this cat's name. .
Blue Mitchell - Blue Soul (Original Jazz Classics OJCCD-765-2) One of the most overlooked Riverside album of the era. Great hard Bop 1959 session. Love the work of the rhythm section of Wynton Kelly, Sam Jones and Philly Joe Jones.
John Coltrane - John Coltrane With Johnny Hartman (Impulse! UCCU-40113) Trane and Hartman are both sounding very good but it`s McCoy Tyner`s session. His work on piano is amazing. Playing the UHQCD, the best sounding version I know.

Now, just five minutes ago I opened Youtube and got this in recommended videos. This video actually is awesome, but... how?!
