Luxman R-115 Digital Synthesized AM/FM Stereo Receiver (problems)

I've got a Luxman R-115 Digital Synthesized AM/FM Stereo Receiver which sounds fantastic, but the right channel has just started distorting in the last couple of weeks. I'm not a tech guy, so I don't know if its a simple capacitor problem or a blown channel. It seems that something (usually a channel problem) like this comes up a couple of times a year, and I end up taking it to my 'fix-it' guy for $40 a pop, and it's up and sounding great again. I had a different model, (but similar) Luxman before this one, and there were intermittent channel problems with it, too. Has anyone else encountered these problems with Luxman amps, or was I unlucky enough to have two lemons in a row?
