Anyone watching this good dark comedy? Mary is really getting over her head. Sort of says No Good Deed Goes Unpunished.
I've been watching. Missed last nights episode though. Not sure how long they can keep the premise going. It seems like a show with a short shelf life. But I've enjoyed it so far.
As far as I knew it is meant to be a 6 episode stand-alone. Hard to see Mary getting out of the mess she's gotten into.
I'll need to watch it this weekend. Just realised it's a Canadian production. I would not have guessed that based on the production values
Not that I encourage this sort of behaviour but it is floating around some torrent sites around the net.
Just watched the last of this weeks 2 hour episode. Very confusing but Mary and her partner somehow managed to shift suspicion to the drug-dealer... BTW I was mistaken in thinking this was a one-season program. Seems they have ambitions to carry it on.
The show is available on Hulu, I’m halfway through the season and like it a lot. Fans of it’s star Caroline Dhavernas should seek out the terrific Bryan Fuller series she did called “Wonderfalls”, one of my all time favorites.
The third season just started on whatever channel we get it on up here. Apparently it is the last season, but it looks worth watching. It starts with a priest hearing Mary's confession, before she administers her special treatment.
We watch our local news on a Global channel. It is to groan. But as Global sponsored the program, I am grateful.
I really liked the first episode of the final season which aired last week. I enjoyed it more than `Killing Eve', which I fear is jumping the shark.
This weekend's episode was intense. The net seems to be closing. The nurse character who is moving in on Mary's territory might have been inspired by Canada's Wettlaufer story?
Not too sure how Mary and crew got away with it, and evil nurse Frances takes the fall. However, a classy (and thankfully) short series.
Sorry! Guess I was hoping someone could explain to me what I didn't understand in the ending. Have to admit though I have never known how to use it, but I see another thread that may explain how if I ever come across the situation again. https://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/how-do-you-make-a-spoiler-alert.821480/
