McCartney Fine Line - dropouts?

So I'm fiddling around with the 5.1 isolated tracks of "Fine Line" and noticed what appears to be two dropouts in the vocal track during the first verse on the words "courage" and "wrong". I'm not sure if they're tape stretch, punch-ins, or just plain old drop-outs but I definitely hear some kind of flutter. I checked my CD single and this Youtube video and they are apparent in both places.

Is it me or my equipment? Does anyone else hear them?

p.s. This is one of my favorite McCartney solo songs. Love the deep piano sound.
