    Dear members,
maybe one of you can explain this to me:
I noticed a strange irregularity on a MFSL Ultradisc CD (UDCD 530, Hall&Oates, “Voices”) which I recently bought at Ebay.
On the golden background on the top of the front cover is printed “Original Master Recordings” and the trademark sign is on the baseline of the letters.
On every other Ultradisc I own it says “Original Master Recording” and the sign is at the top of the letters.
What does that mean? Is this a counterfeit CD or made MFSL one time a mistake?
Thanks in advance for your help and merry christmas to all of you.

Probably not a fake. This was done on probably 30 titles.

Worry no more, Paddy. Mine is exactly like yours...purchased directly from MFSL.

For some reason, some of the ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING logos had an "S" on the end. Huey Lewis, Rod Stewart, Jeff Beck "Wired"...no big deal.

For some reason, 529-530-and 531, all UD1's, have the "S". Musta been a typesetting error.

I just checked, and the two samplers and Huey have the "S" in the album graphic, but not at the top!
