The Beatles ~ "Yesterday And Today" LP Cover Slicks
The initial Stereo approved slick.. Also the cover slick with the RIAA Gold Record Award emblem.
    c., 1966.

    Interesting to note :
You can see the two holes at the top from the Capitol art dept binder, various markings, and the red
stamped date, and also Ray Polley, art director's stamp.
This is very rare vintage ephemera.. very similar to my front/reverse BEATLES VI LP art work.

pre-order for 208 page Hardcover book

On hand from 1970 to 1972 for Harrison's blockbuster "Triple Crown"--the release of All Things Must Pass; The Concert for Bangladesh; and Living in the Material World, which helped make Harrison the best-selling post-breakup Beatle, Barry became good friends with George during the three-plus years they worked together. Feinstein captured George Harrison at home, in his garden, onstage, and in the studio. Nearly all the images are previously unpublished.

The book contains never-before-seen ephemera related to these seminal releases during George's most richly creative time post-Beatles, including handwritten letters talking about album ideas, album-cover
thoughts, and putting together the Concert for Bangladesh. This collection also features beloved performers that George convened for that Concert for Bangladesh--where Barry was the only sanctioned photographer onstage--including George's friends Bob Dylan, Ravi Shankar, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Leon Russell, and Billy Preston.

The book coincides with the fiftieth anniversary of All Things Must Pass. George Harrison: Be Here Now is a deeper visual dive that the significantly large and passionate Beatles/George Harrison fandom will want to add to their collection. (Amazon)

This might, just might, indicate that a 50th Anniversary Super Deluxe audio box set of ATMP is also on its way or a least being considered. :righton:

    Friends ~
In these perilous time, these are but the beginnings of the birth pains friends.
I know and believe this.. I read it in The Book long ago.. I still believe!
I believe we can come thru this, if everyone does their part.

I didn't know what to write, but this is it. Those of you who truly know me, know
that I have some situations and challenges. Hell, we all do. I gave a lot away because
I enjoy it - The contests giveaways have slowed up do to getting to the PO.. etc, etc. and
the fact that I can't ..er shouldn't drive anymore. There are a couple of you who won awhile
back and are STILL waiting. They will come.

Take care of yourselves people. For those oldies here like me, with a couple pre-existing situations,
etc stay strong! It is here, and very real.

I think I will erase this entire thing...hope that you understand where I'm coming from.
Some super people here, and some dips.. Be good to one another.
    God bless ya,
    MARANATHA

Howards "Visions Of The Holy Worlds" # 7000.721 Works Of Our Time. May 27, 1988.
Howard was the most 'out there' Christian I may have ever met .. He regularly had visions since childhood, and always placed his UFO's and Flying machines above.. which he fully believed in. It was a terrible loss to the art world, and the family of God when Howard passed on. I love the color and peacefulness of this painting.. all the people are at peace, space travel is happening, people are out and about, with the pets, the angels are flying about..
