    Yep, Fudge for sure.
I love the original, but I reckon this is one of the better covers I've heard in a while.

Lol - now that IS fast!
Lots of those pinchy harmonic notes. What are they called again? Haven't picked up an axe in many a year.

I was able to pick up a few of these at what felt like Black Friday prices. Not from MMJ of course. Gooden's Corner and Judgment. Especially excited for Judgment as I've been looking for that one for a long time. Gooden's Corner has an interesting lineup, but it's interesting to me that this one typically gets listed for big money. Not sure why that's the case.

Judgement is great! You may have out-maneuvered me on that Gooden's Corner if it's from Discogs

Same. I had it and Judgement (both around $150 I think?) in my cart, but needed to wait it out for one more paycheck

Judgment dropped to $125 and that pushed me over the edge. Probably it for me for a while. It seems like more deals are popping up recently so I'm sure you guys will get the next ones!

The way a lot of music matters titles have been selling lately makes me think they are getting repressed or something. I dont understand why a handful of sellers are letting them go so cheap and have multiple copies

even that one seller who we know works at MMJ, has been letting some go for really fair prices which is unheard of for that seller

  18. That’s a great deal for what is a killer album (Judgment). I love my MMJ of that one. Enjoy!

Gooden’s Corner I never picked up and secondary market has always been too high for how much I like the music. It’s a great album, don’t get me wrong, but it was fetching $300+.

If you snagged it at $150 or so I would have totally pulled the trigger there. Nice find

Most music matters titles have been dropping a lot on the secondary market

something else has been averaging around $125 for multiple sales. Same with Idle Moments and even Song for my Father.

  20. Those all have BNC releases. Maybe more expected. It will be interesting to see if titles like Happenings, The Procrastinator, The Soothsayer, etc come down. I imagine they will eventually be reissued as BNCs and maybe drop then.

I’m sure the BNC has had an effect but the Idle Moments MMJ has been selling pretty regularly at $170+ over the last several months.

I should have been more clear. I agree with you. I just meant that it was selling for big money a long time after the BNC came out, and that the recent price drop is probably due primarily to something else.

I know people were recently talking about it, but finally got around to spinning my Elvin Jones Trio Puttin it Together and I just have to say, the bass tone quality is remarkable. So clean and clear and detailed, this is a fantastic trio clearly but didn't realize truly how amazing sounding this MM is.
