    This thread feeds into the recent passing of Leslie West and suddenly I realized that of the major acts who I saw at this concert, Johnny Winter, Leslie West, Felix Pappalardi and Frank Zappa have all passed (and perhaps even other band members, I don't really know). I am old.

    Anyone (like me) who saw Motorhead on their Bomber tour (or earlier) can reflect on the sad fact that not one of the three great musicians on that stage is still with us. I’m not proud of that.
