My final system upgrade is my TT....

Denon DP 1000 - why? Because I’ve always liked Denon TT’s and I wanted to go with the least amount of electronics...

Jelco 750e - why..? Why not...

cart - 2m black, again, why not...

plinth is a custom made, finally found someone to build what was in my head...all the way from France...

made by a company called soundheritage.fr guys name is Didier, he’s one of us that’s for sure. They never made one for the DP 1000 so they bought one to make the template...

TT was restored by Phillip Holmes at mockingbird distribution and he is a proper mad scientist I assure you...

I have a bunch of things to do today so I might not complete it yet but here are some pics of where I’m at so far...

Thanks, really happy with the quality, and the process....last thing I wanted was a stock Denon plinth...

    That is totally sweet.
I actually saw someone find that Denon table in a thrift store brand new in the box one day, needless to say I was jealous and felt totally late on the scene...

Nice! I shall consider that The Infinity Orb Room. The turntable makes me think of an orb or flying saucer like the ship on the Boston album cover.
