And that is the difference between exceptionally talented amateurs, and trained professionals who do it for a living...[/QUOTE]

I apologize, is your professional activity related to the production of furniture?

A simpler question: ceiling treatment? Seems like acoustic panels … but once again, very nicely finished.

Not a professional - just an enthusiastic amateur, with some training.

Thank you! Yes, it is an acoustic ceiling, absorbs frequencies above 4000-5000 Hertz.

No offense, I'm not sure the word 'amateur' applies to his work in any sense of the word :D

I cannot agree with your opinion, please apologize!
It takes a taime, lot of time, experience and situations, as is the case with me, to afford DIY-Audio pampering.

I think that's actually the point if you wanted to produce your speaker commercially basically you couldn't at least not on any sort of significant production scale. It's just too intricate and far too much labor. It's much better suited as a one off masterpiece than a product for sale.

I can’t speak for the poster but I don’t think insulting you in any way was his intent.

    And, what jonwoody said …

After I made personal information public, do you have a problem with it?

Absolutely stunning work. I'm beyond impressed. I bet they sound great.

I'm curious: did you use a CNC router to cut the various MDF pieces?
