Maybe the bottle of wine idea and the vinyl made for a "happy ending".

That he's discovered setting up a kill room is harder than it looks on Dexter?
Let's hope it was the bottle of wine idea that did the trick.

@aoxomoxoa not posting? There have to be handcuffs involved.

The only question is are they rough steel or are they velvet lined and come with a safe word?

Oh, I originally thought you meant the record was taken out of the package and the packaging left behind, not that the whole package was taken.

My guess is she returned the package and informed him of a good reason why there was no answer. He got his package and is embarrassed by his overreaction. I know I would be in this case!

All he has to do is get this thread locked, and he can easily move on. James not being here this much is way out of character. I'm starting to worry about the guy.

Before getting the thread locked he could at least say what has happened since he posted his allegations.

No, it's really not important to anyone's life here, and we can all just continue on without any more added. If it really eats at you, PM him.

I think the OP under reacted, I would have busted in the door searching for the LP.

Personally, I couldn't care less, but by posting accusations like he did, he opened the can of worms himself.

Not a *can of worms* not World News Bubba, it's a way to kill time on the internet. Not. Important. At. All.

    Can of worms. :biglaugh:

I had a similar incident a couple of years ago. I ordered an RSD Alice In Chains Live record online after the RSD and it was marked delivered but I didn't get it. Several days later a guy who seemed to be 30-something knocked on the door with my lp. He said it was tough to give it up because he loved AIC but he wanted to do the right thing. It had been delivered at his door and it was opened and the shrink wrap was gone (along with the descriptive sticker). I thanked him and let it go, but HE OPENED IT AND DISGARDED THE COLLECTIBLE STICKER! :realmad: Probably played it too. Beats the alternative of never seeing it. :sigh:

I'd like to hear how this eventually played out.

On the flip side, if I was in a new apartment and I brought in a package, while I was running out the door, then came back to a "I know what you did" message I might actually be a little creeped out.

Maybe I'd wait for backup before interacting with said neighbor, for the eventual package return.

Not just you. On the internet, if something is more important for some, there are always those who will minimize or dismiss the feelings of others.

    Par for the course.

  22. Nothing on this forum is that important to anyone else’s life here, should the whole place just shut down?

The record was finally returned yesterday.
I didn't ask her why it took so long. Just thanked her.

Meh, it shouldn't have taken a day to get it over to the guy.

I think that is pretty weird.
