A sudden urge is coming over me to start a new speaker company...I'm thinking to call it "+11"! I'll measure the speakers in small cars, then add 11 dB to all the actual sensitivity measurements and call it "cabin gain"! The advertising campaign will feature endorsement from Spinal Tap, and my top model will be called the Stonehenge (the subwoofer will naturally be called "Big Bottom"). What do you think? Can I succeed?

I'll need custom installs in my new Jeep Willys. Can I expect same day service if I drive Route 66 to your location from Chicago by a week from Wednesday?

Bad idea. Too much competition if you are serious.

You should also market some special sub-woofer cables called "Mud Flaps". Main speaker cables should be called "Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight".

Then a year or two later release some upgraded versions under the "Gimme Some Money" category.

Please design something omni-directional. The industry needs more good-sounding omni- directional speakers that are affordable.

Didn't Lirpa Labs do something similar many years ago (although Spinal Tap was unknown at the time and had their original drummer)?

Sell cables instead. Less work to develop them, lower shipping, and high prices.

Call your speakers "sound projectors" instead of speakers to distinguish yourself in the market place.

"They're not just mere speakers, they're Sound Projectors!"

Either that or "Audio Enhancement Devices".

You could save yourself the trouble and just go work for Audio Note.

There's no evidence you've checked back for the crowd reaction to your sudden inspiration. I'm starting to think that you aren't properly committed to this idea. Engagement is Everything these days. GET WITH THE PROGRAM!

Be sure to file a patent for the long-antiquated tech. And claim every competitor's design obsolete.

I still smell IPO...... get in on the ground floor while you can, this thing could quadruple in the first day of trading.
