I meant, are you going to attend? (I'm assuming that the Grammys will be held virtually)

I finally broke down and ordered the CD set from Resonance. Too many rave reviews to put it off any longer.

Heads up if you're in the UK and looking for a bargain, I picked this set up on eBay for £30 brand new and sealed. The seller has one left, you can find it by putting COLEHITTIN into the search, guess that's why it's not been snapped up!

Looks like a great set, I'm gonna dive in.

How were the Grammys? Mr Rogers won?

Not much on atmosphere. (I watched while at work on Sunday afternoon.)
Lots of deserving nominees, for sure, so congrats to the winners.

I loved Mr. Rogers and enjoyed the 23-track CD, but it is utter madness that these 2 were in the same category. It’s like putting a magazine in the same category as the Oxford English Dictionary or War and Peace. The Grammy voters in this category should have their credentials revoked. No way could you actually experience both and pick the Mr. Rogers album.

I think Nat and Fred would've enjoyed some time together, and if Nat were there, he would have been the first to stand up and applaud Fred. They each knew what life was about.

Revisited this set over the weekend. What a truly fantastic piano player Nat was.

Ive had the cd box since release and its fantastic. I see Resonance now has the lp version down to $110 and since ive been playing records more than cds nowadays, may have to jump at that price

For that price, the LP box set is worth it just for the BEAUTY of it all. The individual LP jackets and especially the accompanying book are IMHO absolutely gorgeous!!!!

I love the idea of the big book, but I'm wondering if the sources of the music make the superior resolution of LPs really warrant the added expense of the LPs.

With the prices currently coming down on the sets, I'd make sure to get the LP set if only for the "presentation value". @MLutthans and the boys did not leave one stone unturned in the production of the set. This is one set that, if one has the capability of doing so, really should be had in both formats. IMHO.

exactly my thought, the beautiful presentation of the box and to put it next to all my AP reissues and the mosaic 18cd box. Itd just look nice next to those
