It's a decent to good audience recording considering it's age. I would imagine it'll get cleaned up a bit. I'll buy it like I do everything else with Neil's name on it.

  4. I'll skip the 1971 releases (we've had too many releases from that era already), but the 1974 release sure looks interesting.

The Bottom Line gig is one of Neil’s best ever. If he has this recorded in good quality it will be a contender for the best Archive release so far. The circulating audience tape is pretty essential.

This series gonna be vinyl only, or will those placeholders follow?

The first release in the series was available on CD as well as vinyl.

I think that’s a mistake. Personally Dorothy Chandler and Royce Hall are the ones I want most.

The fact that there are other releases or performances from the same time period is irrelevant to me.

Anyone who passes on these based on that logic is missing out.

The fact that Dorothy Chandler has a bit of “You and Me” played 20 years prior to it’s release is worth the price alone.

If you believe Amazon listings. I wonder whatever happened to that copy of Toast that I pre-ordered on Amazon in 2008...must have gotten lost in the mail....

Whenever I look at the links I've never seen the option to buy them.

They were there briefly. Vinyl only. I took a gamble and ordered two of them….Royce Hall and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion…apparently now on their way to me. We’ll see.

They seem to have been sent by a 3rd party seller in Germany I think?

I wonder if it’s a bit of an unauthorised leak similar to the ‘Eldorado’ vinyl last year?
I’ll find out in a week or so.

If those dates are correct then pre-orders should be within the next week or so.
