Neil Young’s elusive Time Fades Away will be reissued on cd on August 12th.
"...what?" - R.M. Nixon
It would be nice if the non-album "Last Trip to Tulsa" got a proper release.
Good news !
Neil Young / Time Fades Away and the Eldorado EP get standalone releases – SuperDeluxeEdition
It's on Archives II.
How did I completely miss the release of Archives II?
That's certainly good to know.
I guess I'll pick up Tonight's the Night and On the Beach on CD as well.
Oh, man - I’m getting that!!
It’s almost disappointing after such a long holdout.
So does the value of the Original Release Series Box that includes Time Fades Away decrease?
I hope so
I've been able to find the standalone CD of Eldorado for preorder on several sites but not Time Fades Away.
I didn't know it had been released on CD at all.
Yeah, it was released in 2017 as part of this foursome:
Tuscaloosa pairs-up nicely with Time Fades Away...
Kenny Buttrey plays drums on Tuscaloosa and John Barbatta is on Time Fades Away, recorded later in the tour, but they sound great together.
Not holding my breath waiting for "Journey Through The Past" to come out on cd.
Will this TFA be available in America?
I'll have to order this... I've had a CDR forever, plus a couple LPs....
Did they ever release the remaster of Live Rust that was in one of the Original Release Series boxes separately?
Not at much of a loss since the movie's in the Archives set.
Still his most underrated album
Has a been able to find a place to order Time Fades Away in the US?
Nope, I think Neil is just messing with us at this point.
