I can't give you more clues today since I'm on my way out for a concert tonight but tomorrow maybe many of you already know what is this about.. but a few more details (not clues, for those who don't like the teases)
-One format will be LIMITED EDITION Picture Disc, that is not a clue but actual info from the first Release the other was the HD-Audio download, now you have TWO details from the first release.

Now, the second release on the very same day:

-The Box Set will be LIMITED EDITION and with a 16-page booklet also with recording notes.

 

now that would be exciting! from the little bits we've seen it looks fantastic!

 

Never sold to the public but not unreleased. Dates at least in part to 1965. A DVD/Blu-Ray box set of the Beatles cartoons?

 

Yes but a let it be box with recording sessions has never been a commercial release and it could be a several cd box of that with the let it be movie also in it.

 

I highly doubt it's going to be another high profile release.
Sgt. Pepper was in may/june and knowing Apple, they usually wants to clear all decks before a new big release.

Is it really worth $30 to $40 a pop for the same albums I've bought 4 times already?

1+ re-released in PAL with the VideoTape sourced material NOT deinterlaced? (one can only dream).

 

Oh, maybe a boxset about the acutal EP Magical Mystery Tour and not the movie!

 

A Christmas Album would be great! I've only ever seen one true original Apple vinyl of that album and needless to say the guy wanted a ton of money for it. The Christmas records are a bit goofy and funny, not really serious music, but the one where they do the little skits is a bit like a Goon Show / Monty Python sort of thing. I can't imagine what would make 99% of this forum happy though, wow, that is a pretty amazing claim though if true. Let It Be on DVD/Blu would probably do the trick.

 

I'm liking everything! haha, but it's not MMT sadly but I like some of the ideas
