Live peace in Toronto was never remixed; only remastered.

    Remixed by Rob Stevens

The Plastic Ono Band - Live Peace In Toronto 1969

All CD releases use the 1995 remix, except for the 1990 LENNON 4 cd box which has side one of the original record in it's original mix.

Wow...this is complete news to me (which I thank you for); the only audio copies I have of Toronto are vinyl versions (original U.S. and and mid-seventies U.K.). I also have the concert video (the one with the fake Lennon on the cover)which has a remixed audio. How does this (and the original) compare to the Rob Stevens mix?

I'm not sure how much of a difference there is, I haven't had the LP since the 80s.

But, if all of the other Lennon titles are back to being available in nicely mastered original mixes, I think this one should be the original mix too.

On the Lennon side, Yoko was mixed much much lower.

I have the UK first pressing. She's still audible there but faintly.

She’s definitely mixed lower in the remix on side 1.

Stick to the vinyl, the CD remix takes the energy from the performance. Very disappointed

A restored blu-ray and CD (as package) of "Live Peace In Toronto" would be interesting for next year.
Maybe they could include John's "Dirty Mac" gig in it as it's not that long.

Or the famous concert in New York City? Isn't it weird that we don't have an official release of a Beatles or John Lennon solo concert on DVD and blu ray? I know that the Toronto '69 concert is available on DVD but that's the only one. Weird as John is probably the most iconic and famous Beatle.
