Believe it or not, there are some actual steals to be had online @ newburycomics.com Their free shipping threshold is a bit high and some of their exclusives have seriously inflated prices, but they also have a decent selection of stuff that's heavily discounted before the 20% off. For example, this awesome RSD release of Fashion's "Product Perfect" that apparently wasn't popular enough is discounted to $5.99. I paid full price and found it to be pretty dang awesome. New wave/post-punk fans, go get this: Product Perfect LP (Color) Sleater-Kinney's latest, NC exclusive is $15.99 before discount: Path Of Wellness Exclusive LP All vinyl: Vinyl Records & Exclusives | Newbury Comics
Likewise, how on earth did folks not go crazy for this lost Little Richard album?!?: Southern Child LP (Color)
Sale is also in store. Discount is taken off the sales price for items already marked down, which isn’t always the case.
If you’re referring to the blue vinyl, I own it. Flat, quiet pressing and very easy on the eyes. I’m quite surprised it hasn’t sold out at this point.
Thanks. I missed out on the Org pressing of this and would love to have a great sounding copy. Was curious what was in the deadwax for this one.
You just gave me a reason to pull this out for a Sunday morning spin. Side A: 14397 2A 88875147701 Side B 14397 2B 88875147701
If anyone is interested, NC's sale price on the new Beatles Let It Be vinyl box set in store is $156.95. With the added 20% discount, it comes in at just under $128. The cheapest I have seen it.
