Wonder who's responsible for engineering/mixing the audio of this release. AJ perhaps?

Nick Davis at Abbey Road is where the mixing was done

Is the Blu-ray version going to have a general release in Europe? I am asking because I see only the vinyl and CD/DVD versions on Amazon UK.

The DVD and BluRay will in fact have 5.1 surround sound, it’s been confirmed.

No BluRay in Canada yet either. Surely just a matter of time...

Got my blu preordered. It's nice to be excited for a Floyd-related release that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Here is the link for the Bluray on Amazon UK. It's currently £20.31.

There are links to the Bluray, vinyl and CD/DVD listed on Amazon in other countries on the Brain Damage website.

If it is the same Nick Davis who ruined the Genesis catalog with his 2007 remixes/remasters then this does not bode well!

It is the same because Tony Smith is the manager of Nick and also longtime Genesis & Co manager !

I'm in for the double vinyl set, though probably will order everything else eventually! Great looking film, what a show it must have been.

I did the shirt/lp package and the poster/dvd package from the official site and preordered the Blu-ray from Amazon prime at 20$. Guess you can say I went all in....

Please note that the film has been authored so you have the ability to watch it without ‘interviews’ when/if you wish.

PS: I am sure you have lots of interesting things to say but I'd rather listen to them separately.

Which is why, having noted what people felt about Roger’s Wall film, I insisted on it.

Glad to hear that. Please try to persuade everyone to avoid the use of heavy compression/limiting that ruins most modern day releases (and which Nick Davis has brought to bear on the Genesis catalog).

[Edit] - Get Nick to look at the Kate Bush remasters thread. Universal praise for what James Guthrie did to her catalog (and Guthrie will be no stranger to Nick, of course). We have volume controls, and we know how to use them! :)

The performances are all stellar and the shots chosen work really well. And I really enjoy the context from the band. Makes me wish I'd caught the show near me when the band came through. Fingers crossed for more US dates.
