Is it just me or does eBay no longer do any coupons other than the targeted ones that don't ever seem to target anyone who has used eBay in the last five years? I'm surprised they had no Black Friday coupon that could be used on anything this year. Anybody have the scoop on whether or not they will issue anything for Cyber Monday?
they were sending me text messages all day for discounts on weird stuff like "refurbished tools", but no general discount.
