The Left Banke's "Walk Away Renee" was written about Renee Fladen-Kamm, who songwriter Michael Brown had a crush on. He wrote "Pretty Ballerina" about her too. She was the ex-g/f of the band's bass player, Tom Finn.

The inspiration for “It Ain’t Me Babe” is generally linked to Bob’s relationship with Suze Rotolo, and although Joan Baez did an early cover version the song isn’t linked to or about her.

I think you're right. I saw more references online to this song being about Joan Baez than about Suze Rotolo. But based on timing, it is more likely about Rotolo - she was with Dylan in 1963. The song came out in 1964. There are videos of Dylan and Baez doing a live duet of the song in 1964 and Baez did a cover on her 1964 album. I doubt Baez would have done all that if the song was about rejecting her!

It seems that angie does not refer to a particular person.
In his book Life, Richards discussed writing a song in a rehabilitation clinic.
“While I was in the clinic, Anita was down the road having our daughter, Angela,” he wrote.

“Once I came out of the usual trauma, I had a guitar with me and I wrote ‘Angie’ in an afternoon, sitting in bed because I could finally move my fingers and put them in the right place again, and I didn’t feel like I had to s— the bed or climb the walls or feel manic anymore.” The name of the song came out of nowhere. “I just went, ‘Angie, Angie,'” he recalled.

It was not about any particular person; it was a name, like oh, Diana.”

Keith Richards’ daughter had nothing to do with the song.

Richards has a daughter named Angela. He revealed the song could not have been named after her.
'I didn’t know Angela was going to be called Angela when I wrote ‘Angie,' he revealed.
