    Went back to page 1 of thread - listened to this amazing band (The Pretty Things)-
    Fantastic start to thread & thanks!! So far ahead of their time, w/such a harder, heavy-blues based sound. Naturally, from England!! -
    Saying that in the very best way, since Brits give so much greatness
    every era.

    I lived, off and on, in Croton-On-Hudson, New York, in 1978-199?. I once found a 1960s documentary of a BOattle Of The Bands competition in that town ~ was it done for NET? A film school project?
