There was a group of us in a work committee that put us in a room for about a week at a time. One of the group was a friend and co-worker named Miriam. We were clever and had a lot of fun with each other. One day Miriam walked in after everyone else. I had watched Seinfeld the night before and found a new way to greet her. With perfect Jerry intonation I said, "Hello Miriam", as in hello Newman. She didn't get it at first but everyone else did. Hilarious. I used it a lot.

From the movie, "Office Space"... I yelled out at some youths breaking the law by jumping off the local Union Pacific train bridge into the Comal River after advising that the bottom is not soft but solid limestone rock...

"Watch out for your corn hole!", using Diedrich Bader's "Lawrence" voice just as they took the jump.

Whenever my wife says something sarcastic to me (which is often) I reply "there's that spice again," which is a reference to Stephen King's "Misery."

Early in the film, the elderly sheriff (Richard Farnsworth) tells his wife/deputy (Frances Sternhagen) "it's just that kind of sarcasm that's given our marriage real spice," and for the rest of the movie, whenever she says something sarcastic to him he says "there's that spice again."

...as a matter of fact, I just said that to her yesterday!

I wouldn't say these are that obscure, or that I use these regularly, but I'll drop them in when the situation allows:

"Heineken? **** that ****! Pabst Blue Ribbon!" (Blue Velvet)
    "Innocent? Innocent of what?!" (Unforgiven)
"Clear as an azure sky of deepest summer." (A Clockwork Orange)

I'd like to order some mulled wine, heavy on the cinnamon and light on the cloves, just once to see if the bartender gets the joke ... but I'm afraid they might actually bring it to me.

Here's an obscure one I once tossed in at random or at the least appropriate moment. I should start doing it again.

"Because he doesn't know how to love." (8 1/2)

My daughter and I have a running joke that originates with Grizzly Man. Every time we drive by a certain house with a massive wooden statue of an upright bear one of us will say "That's a big bear! That's a BIG bear!"

I’ve paraphrased (and cited) Peter Bailey in a number of letters of recommendation, explaining how the recent college graduate was “born older”.

My son and I often shoo away another family member using the same line / sound effect and hand gesture that Shatner used in the Trek episode I, Mudd, targeted at the Alices (at the very end below):

Whenever someone says "I just ran into so-and so..." I always reply, "Did you hurt him?"

It's an old joke but I got it from Groucho in Monkey Business.

Probably not very obscure, but I am fond of quoting one of my all-time favorite movies My Favorite Year. We have a grinder for pink Himalayan sea salt. Whenever my wife tells people what it is I can't help saying "The Himalayas...the Himalayas!" Whenever someone spills their drink- "Now that's a sad sight."

When someone can't tell what others are looking at and asks for clarification: "It's a horrible thing. A horrible...horrible thing." (Cloverfield)

Perfect for spring and fall in New England: "There's something in the fog!" (Adrienne Barbeau's turn as a panic-mongering DJ in The Fog)

When planning on dining out: "Is it reasonable?" (in perky Fargo accent, of course)
