Kill Bill 1 has the sword fight with the crazy 88. That’s the best part of KillBill 1&2

    Kill Bill?
Apparently Darryl Hannah and Uma Thurman didn’t get along on the set. Led to a great bitch~fight on screen. Aye.

Those are both the same film. You like the second half of Kill Bill better than the first half.

These interviews are getting to be a overkill /spoiler..making the actual first time viewing anticlimactic.

No Beatles in the soundtrack? What’s Charlie Manson‘s ear candy The Archies ? :)

People aren’t happy with minimal screen time with Margot Robbie. So says some of the reviews. Poor old QT can’t win. More Sharon Tate character dialogue and it would be deemed bad taste, not enough script lines with the Australian actor folk feel cheated

Great (long) article in the new American Cinematographer magazine with plenty of behind-the-scenes photos.

“The director’s GQ interview had many fans wondering how Tarantino will choose to end his directorial career and asking whether or not his much-discussed “Star Trek” movie would be his final filmmaking project. Tarantino successfully pitched an R-rated “Star Trek” to producer J.J. Abrams and Paramount and has written a script. The studio has yet to officially greenlight the project, but if they do and if Tarantino decides to direct that will probably be his last movie.”

So he pitched it toparamount and jj and they said “great, we Love it” but they didn’t officially green light it? I doubt
    It’s gonna happen

I doubt that. Who can resist Samuel L Jackson, in costume, saying MFer in Klingon?

Hope QT doesn’t do ST project even with Shatner on board. Also, hopefully not a war or western type genre as his last opera morandi.

I would have greenlit it on the spot if he had pitched that.

I thought it was going to be primarily a movie on Sharon Tate....

That was the initial blurb Tate /Manson when the movie was mooted as a news item. Now it seems to be a side show, a kaleidoscope of the Hollywood industry in 1969 ..fading movie stars and crazies alike.

No. I guess not. Oh well. That would have been too heavy. Better as a sideshow. I guess I’ll buy my rudimentary tickets today. Sigh.

Nine 80' condors help to illuminate a stretch of freeway that the production closed down from dusk to dawn.
