One song that overshadows an artists entire catalogue

    Richard Clapton - Girls on the Avenue.

    Wonderful song, and the one the crowd go nuts for at the many concerts of his I've seen. He has so many other classics and solid albums too.

    "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche
    This song is not their best in my opinion, nor is it representative of their catalog. But it's the only Queensryche song a lot of people know.

    I'm with you - "Stay With Me" is almost certainly better-known now than "OLL", if just because Rod has made it a concert staple for decades!

    In that it's rather similar to Extreme's "More Than Words." (And the massive success of those two songs led to every hair metal band trying to write something similar in the early 90s, which was part of what helped grunge take off.)
