One wonders if they would've been more on the ball if they got to do their typesetting for Warner/Reprise product that was pressed there.

My copy that I bought in the early 70s also spells it "Ossie"...that always did kind of annoy me.

The hype sticker on Laurie Anderson's recent vinyl reissue of 'Bright Red' mentions a 'Brain' Eno as the producer.

A lot of copies of The Selecter 45 Missing Words were made in France for the UK and had the title Nissing Words.

On anything that didn't have the actual Rolling Stones on the record the top band credit should NOT be there on the label...

This one is just an added word - "the" - in the title of "Bless The Beasts And Children". It's almost forgivable as that's the way its sung, but the correct title should only have one "the".

That reminds me: a jukebox title strip from Sterling Title Strip of Newark, NJ, when "Superstar" was released, had the B side title as "Bless The Beast & The Child."

Not sure this qualifies because it’s not strictly a typo, but it does makes me chuckle every time I think about it. And so there is that.

Susan Boyle, a reality TV show winner in the UK, releases an album. Her PR firm organises a launch party publicised via Twitter, hashtag,

    #susanalbumparty

    Think about it.

    Hilarity ensues.

Have another look at the writing at the bottom of the image of the rear.
I'll admit it is not immediately obvious but there are three As where there should be two.
