Oppo media control app stopped working

Sorry if in the wrong place... But am i the only one that the app crashes when trying to open.
It used to play nice with my 105D... Nothing has changed in my set up..!!!

 

The app works fine on my iPhone running IOS 12.3

 

Ummmm that's not good (for me). Android user.

 

Working today with my BDP-103D on iPhone 6 IOS 12.2.

 

Try deleting the app and reinstalling.

Just checked mine and it's working. I'm also on Android (Pixel)

Long shot but I'd double check to see if any system updates are available for your phone.

 

Oppo ip most likely reset. It can screw up network. Unplug network devices (router) and Oppo.

I use Plex to serve up movies. Works great with Oppo.

 

The app crashes as soon as it opens. If the oppo IP had changed the app would say it can't find it..
I also have plex server running but i like to go direct from the files with oppo and avoid a middle man.

 

Try a different tablet or phone. I will double check my app when I get home. I rarely use the app although it does work well. I prefer my Harmony hub remote and lcd monitor...

 

Looks like it is an android problem only with my phone. Cos my android tablet is fine. Thanks to all for your help..
