Has anyone ordered directly from MoFi (and not MusicDirect) previously? I had an LP on the "notify me when in stock". When I received the in stock email from MoFi, I immediately went to their site and paid for the order. That was one week ago. Since then, zero updates to the order and an email to their customer service without reply. They only provide an email contact and no phone number so I am unable to call. Anyone have prior experience ordering direct from them?
Lookin back at my lone order from them, I bought a record from them on October 20, shipped October 21, delivered October 26.
I ended up calling Music Direct who connected me directly with MoFi. They shared a few excuses on the delay but are shipping the LP today.
