Origin Live customer service

    I've been thinking about placing an order with Origin Live but have been reading that their customer service is lackluster. Anyone here who can share their experience?

    I love Orgin Live...very musical turntables and some excellent tonearms. I was doing a lot of research into the company as I was thinking hard about a purchase of the Resolution Record Deck with a Encounter Tonearm. I sent an email to the company, about warranty and some other matters and the founder, Mark Baker replied 2 weeks later. I did hear a lot of chatter about customer service but I decided to go another direction when I got a deal I couldn't refuse. but have not totally written of Origin Live....who knows what the future has to say! I think he has a great product...a very musical turntable.
