Ornette Coleman "Town Hall 1962" ESP LP

This was my "find of the day" today. A near mint copy, too. I'm trying to figure out the vintage of the pressing.

What is confusing to me is the cover. It has a picture of Ornette's face and no text. On the back cover, there is another photo of him as opposed to the "ESP catalogue" listing with pics of different LPs. When I looked at the back of my Patty Waters LP, I found that the picture of the Ornette album is depicted with him playing sax and has the title on the cover.

Since this album is catalogue #1006, I'm wondering if this was later produced with the other cover and likely the ESP back catalogue cover pictures on the back?

Any clues?

I went to grab my copy to check it out for you, but I couldn't find it. It's burried somewhere. Mines a pretty recent issue from the last few years.
