Oh, that explains it. I have this issue of Look magazine but without the Beatles insert (damn!).

 

Yeah...this would be the "Magical Mystery Tour" era where Paul and John had already shaved their moustaches.

 

I think that my favourite is that one from 1968/9 with the band peering through a gate, with lots of other people, (peering through a gate), haven't seen it for ages though.

 

One of my favorites is haven't been posted yet, is the one with all the Beatles along some people all they behind a fence, all they but a boy, I think is the inner photo of the Blue album, tough.

The Book "Once There Was a Way" is fantastic I highly recommend it.

 

Innercircle...thanks, that's the one I was thinking of, not a gate at all. A fence, as you rightly say. Love that photo, here's a poor copy of it, from the net.

OK, the boys, guitars, gold records and George Martin. Plus a cute cartoon from Australia, 1964.

I've got some photos of them in Australia that you may not have ever seen, but I'll have to scan them (I'm at work and I don't have the pictures with me)
